Ignoring God's Commandments
Now that Christ Jesus has destroyed the defilement of sin, Christ has gone to take His place in heaven at the right hand of divine majesty. Christ is now higher above the angels, as is the title which Christ inherited, and Christ is higher than Christ’s own name.
Fruit of the Spirit of God
I urge you to affirm LOVE for someone by showing it in your true actions. Make yourself an example to all the believers in your speech, your behavior, your LOVE, your faith, and your purity. If I do works of Spiritual communication, speaking in tongues, and have no works of LOVE, then I am no more effective than lots of noise. If I accomplish works of prophecy and know every hidden truth, and have faith strong enough to move mountains, I have nothing if I have no works of LOVE. I may give all I have to the poor or even offer myself as a sacrifice to the Lord, but if I have no works of LOVE, there will be no profit in my doing these works.
God delivers righteous Christians from all afflictions
God will not test you beyond your limits, and God can give you additional strength to endure the trials, but there will always be an escape plan. The salvation of the righteous comes from God, who is their strength when trouble comes, for God helps, protects, and delivers them from serious harm.
Sinful sex
If you are guided by the Spirit of God, and you follow, you will be in no danger of yielding to self-indulgence. Self-indulgence is the opposite of the Spirit, and the Spirit is totally against such a thing. It is precisely because the two are opposed that you do not always carry out your good intentions. Do not model yourselves on the behavior of the world around you, but let your behavior change, modeled by your new mind. This is the only way to discover the will of God, and know what is good.
God's word and Christian behavior
Do what God’s word tells you, by following it, or you will mislead yourselves.
You have no power to act against the truth, but you can only further the truth.
God will take delight in your prosperity, but you must obey the voice of God, while keeping God's commandments and laws, as are written in the book of God’s law. Jesus is the mediator of the new Spiritual covenant, therefore, listen to Jesus. Pay attention, with obedience, to a voice that Spiritually directs us.
